Built to Your Drawing Every shaft is produced to your CAD and 2D drawing — CNC turning for journals and shoulders, CNC milling (3/4/5-axis) for splines, flats and keyways, with grinding where surface conditions demand it. Standard tolerances hold ±0.01-0.05mm; critical dimensions reach up to ±0.005mm depending on geometry.
Materials & Finishes Stainless steel 303/304/316L/416/420 (other grades on request). Surface options: as machined (Ra 3.2), smooth (Ra 1.6) or polished (Ra 0.8) finishes, with passivation available for corrosion-critical assemblies.
