CNC Milling Parts for Precision instrument and equipment housing

Precision instrument and equipment housing, machined to your drawing from Aluminum with surface treatment Anodized black. Used across electric motor assemblies, robotics and automation equipment where concentricity and runout must stay consistent part after part.
Built to Your Drawing Every shaft is produced to your CAD and 2D drawing — CNC turning for journals and shoulders, CNC milling (3/4/5-axis) for splines, flats and keyways, with grinding where surface conditions demand it. Standard tolerances hold ±0.01-0.05mm; critical dimensions reach up to ±0.005mm depending on geometry.
Materials & Finishes Aluminum AL7075/AL6082/AL6061/AL6063 (other grades on request). Surface options: as machined (Ra 3.2), smooth (Ra 1.6) or polished (Ra 0.8) finishes, with passivation available for corrosion-critical assemblies.
Inspection & Documentation ISO 9001:2015 certified production with 100% inspection before shipment. Every order ships with First Article Inspection (FAI), CMM reports for critical features, and material certificates (CoC) for full traceability.
Ordering & Lead Time Send STEP/IGS or native CAD plus a PDF/DWG/DXF drawing for a free DFM review. MOQ from 1 piece; prototypes in 3-7 days and mass production in 2-4 weeks. Global shipping with protective packaging; NDA signed before drawings are shared.
